Return and Warranty Policy
1. The warranty covers only finished carpets and ready-made products purchased from MJ Home Carpet Co., Ltd.

2. Carpets are warranted for one full year from the date shown on the purchase receipt.

3. The company will exchange carpets within 7 days of purchase, provided the carpet is in its original packaging, in saleable condition, free from damage, defects, and stains.
The customer must present the original receipt on the day of exchange. The company reserves the right to refuse exchange if the original receipt or warranty certificate is not presented.

4. The warranty will be void in the following cases:
4.1 Special promotional carpets with discounts exceeding 50%.
4.2 Damage caused by the customer's actions, such as misuse, improper use, modification,
including damage caused by natural wear and tear, tearing,
damage caused by impact with other objects, accidents, etc.
4.3 Damage caused by natural disasters and/or damage from animals. or various insects.
4.4 Normal shedding of carpet fibers, especially in carpets made from
acrylic, bamboo pulp, viscose, and/or natural fibers,
is not considered a product defect and is therefore not included in the company's warranty.
4.5 Other damages not caused by the company's actions.

5. If the carpet is damaged beyond normal use and the customer wishes to have it repaired, the company will charge a service fee as appropriate, and the customer will be informed of the cost beforehand.

6. In the event that damage occurs but the company is unable to provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period,
the company reserves the right to provide a replacement carpet with equivalent properties and standards.

7. If the company determines that your carpet is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the carpet, or take other appropriate action. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

8. The company reserves the right to determine whether the carpet is within the warranty conditions. The company's decision is final.

9. The company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty conditions without prior notice.
